Dash Talents LLC provides talent management, model development, commercial representation, and event production services through its divisions:

• Dash Talents: fashion model management and agency placement
• Flash Models: commercial, beauty, and entertainment talent representation
• Dash Shows: event production, fashion shows, brand activations, and live events

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Harass, impersonate, or harm any individual connected with the Company

By submitting a model application, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and store your submitted materials (including photos and personal information) for the purpose of talent evaluation. Submission does not guarantee representation.

Representation agreements are governed by separate written contracts between the model and the Company. These Terms do not constitute an offer of representation.

Video meetings and interviews conducted through Company platforms may be recorded for internal review and decision-making purposes. Participants will be informed of recording at the time of the session.

All content on Company websites — including logos, text, images, and design — is owned by Dash Talents LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Our websites may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash Talents LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
